A Placement to Call Home offers free placement assistance throughout San Diego county. We are not the type of company that just hands you a list of possible communities and then sends you on your way alone, to find the right place on your own. We will work with you through the entire process. We will walk with you on facility tours, we will make sure any questions you may have get answered and we will even negotiate room rates.
The first step we take with a new client is have them professionally assessed so that all current and future needs will be met. Next, we will discuss what part of San Diego will work best for both the client and their loved ones. After that, we will need to discuss what type of accomadations and the monthly budget. Next, after we have contacted appropiate facilities in your desired area to determine availability and room rates, we will sit down and discuss all of your options. After that, we will set up facility tours at places you have chosen, preferrably during a food service, until we have found that perfect place for your loved one.
